Beginning your day by meditating with others and setting good intentions is very beneficial during challenging times. A few moments of sitting together in the morning is a welcomed dependable refuge. In guided meditation instructions, special attention is given to relaxing the body, soothing the heart, and calming mind. Traditional teachings from the Buddha are shared as helpful instructions for transforming our everyday lives.
