Gathering together regularly within sangha provides the container and motivation for deepening our Dharma practice while uplifting the heart. Join Sacred Mountain Sangha teachers and community for our weekly meetings to cultivate samadhi, mindfulness, insight, the Brahma Viharas, and the Kuan Yin Dharmas. Our sessions include chanting, meditation, and a short Dharma reflection, and close with an optional period for community sharing and Q&A. Everyone is welcome.
